Do you have a nonprofit idea that you're ready to bring to life? This option is appropriate for nonprofit startups who plan to have a budget under $50,000/year for the first three years. Nonprofit corporations are complex, so pricing will vary depending on a number of factors and may need to be completed by scheduling multiple sessions. By the time we're done you'll have: ● Answers to all your questions ● An understanding of best practices for your nonprofit ● The Articles of Incorporation for your state filed and paid ● Bylaws ● Federal form 1023-EZ Filed ● A Federal Employment Identification Number (EIN). If you've got a name picked out and are ready to get going, we'll sit down either in person or via video chat, and go through the filings together. I'll explain all details as we go. Alternatively, I can send you a form to collect everything I need to do the filing for you without us needing to meet! Pricing INCLUDES the Wisconsin DFI filing fee for the nonprofit organization. Pricing for other states may vary. Pricing does NOT include the application fee associated with the 1023-EZ.
