Service Description

With this service I work on your books as needed, and all hours are billed monthly. This is for businesses with varying volumes of transactions each month, ideally using QuickBooks Online or another cloud accounting software with connected checking and credit card accounts. We can handle businesses with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or projects that need tracking. This is a full-service bookkeeping service. I handle your everyday bookkeeping needs, as well as these optional items: -Collecting e-signatures on important documents -Issuing payments to contractors and vendors -Placing orders -Booking travel -Billing and Invoicing -Estimates (creating and sending) -Tracking every transaction incoming and outgoing on all your business accounts -Monthly reconciliations of all accounts, and sending monthly financial reports to you -Project tracking -Managing payments and tracking lines of credit and credit cards -Email communications with your customers and vendors -Payroll (as an add-on service) An average small business typically bills out at 1 - 5 hours per month.
